1997   Metro Bearing & Automotive Limited, MBA was founded in Hong Kong.

1998   First factory was setup in Panyu and started the production of auto parts and accessories.

2002   Factory was moved to new premises in Dongguan and named MBA-BTC Inc. with 40,000 sq.ft. area.

2002   MBA-BTC Inc. obtained QS-9000 certification.

2003   A joint venture company FUWA-BTC Company Limited was established.  A new factory was setup in Shunde with an area of 430,000 sq.ft. mainly for the production of spring brake chambers and slack adjusters.

2006   FUWA-BTC Company Limited obtained ISO/TS16949 certification.

2007   MBA-BTC Inc. obtained ISO/TS16949 certification.

2007   The construction of a brand new factory located in Taishan, Guangdong is proceeding in high gear for new product lines.  The first phase covers an area of 400,000 sq.ft. and is opening soon in 2008.
